WorldXpat is a matchmaking platform designed for people wishing to expatriate to Dubai. WorldXpat offers support in expatriation procedures by connecting its users with verified professional partners (real estate agents, administrative service providers, vehicle rental companies, etc.).

WorldXpat is operated by Romain Le Gall, based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

2. Acceptance of terms

By accessing the WorldXpat platform and using our services, you accept these Terms of Use in their entirety. If you do not agree with any of these terms, please do not use the site.

3. Services offered

WorldXpat acts as an intermediary and offers the following services:

• Connecting with real estate agents for housing search (short-term and long-term)
• Connecting with Virtuzone for company formation, visa obtainment, Emirates ID and bank account opening
• Connecting with partners for vehicle rental
• Organizing community events (networking, outings, afterworks)
• Informative guides on expatriation to Dubai

WorldXpat does not replace service providers. We facilitate the connection but are not responsible for the execution of services provided by our partners.

4. Role of WorldXpat

WorldXpat acts exclusively as a business introducer and intermediary. Contracts, agreements and transactions are concluded directly between the user and the relevant partner. WorldXpat is not a party to any of these contracts.

5. Registration and form

Use of the onboarding form is free. By filling it out, you agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information. WorldXpat reserves the right not to follow up on a request containing manifestly false or incomplete information.

6. Informational content

The guides and information published on WorldXpat are provided for informational purposes only. They do not constitute legal advice, financial advice, or tax advice. Regulations in the United Arab Emirates may change. We recommend verifying information with the relevant authorities or a qualified professional.

7. Intellectual property
