2. What this website is for

worldxpat.com presents and sells places at WorldXpat social experiences for expatriates in Dubai: sport days, dinners, group experiences and the community that grows out of them. Reservations and payments are taken directly on the site.

The terms that govern a reservation are set out in the Reservation Terms & Conditions and the Cancellation & Refund Policy. How we handle your data is set out in the Privacy Policy.

3. Hosting and technical providers

4. Intellectual property

The WorldXpat name, the WorldXpat logo, the design of this website, its texts, its photographs, its videos and the structure of the experiences described on it are the property of the publisher named above, or are used with permission.

You may not copy, reproduce, republish, adapt or use any of it for commercial purposes without our prior written permission. Sharing a link to a page, or reposting our content with a clear credit and a link back, is welcome. That is what the community is for.

Photographs taken at our events remain our property. Participants who appear in them keep the right to have their image withdrawn at any time, as set out in the Privacy Policy.

5. Accuracy of the content

We keep the information on this site (prices, dates, group sizes, what is included) as accurate and current as we can. Experiences evolve, and details can change between the moment a page is published and the day of the event.

The information that binds us is the information displayed on the experience page at the moment you complete your reservation, together with the terms in force on that day. If you spot something that looks wrong, tell us at romain@worldxpat.com and we will correct it.

7. Reporting a problem

To report a technical fault, a security issue, content you believe infringes your rights, or any misuse of the WorldXpat name, write to romain@worldxpat.com. We acknowledge every report within 2 business days and act on genuine ones quickly.

8. Applicable law and jurisdiction

This website, its content and all services offered through it are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, as applied in the Emirate of Dubai. Any dispute relating to the site or to a reservation made on it falls under the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Dubai.

This does not remove any mandatory right you have as a consumer, including under UAE Federal Law No. 15 of 2020 on Consumer Protection.
